- The terms and conditions set out in this section together with your
confirmation letter comprise your agreement with David & Christine
Bradshaw and all those listed on the booking on whose behalf the party
leader is acting.
- It is important that you check all the details shown on the confirmation
letter carefully to ensure they are correct as this forms the basis
of the contract. Any discrepancies should be brought to our attention
within 7 days of issue otherwise the details shown on the confirmation
letter will be presumed correct.
- Assuming we are able to confirm your booking, we will send your
confirmation letter as soon as possible after receiving your deposit.
If you do not receive a confirmation letter within two weeks, you
should contact us to make sure that your booking has been made.
- Liability
The owners and their agents do not accept liability whatsoever for
death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to all persons or
personal effects however caused as a result of use of the home and
resort facilities. It is clients' responsibility to ensure that children
are always supervised properly in and around the pools and inside
the home.
No liability is accepted for the loss of service utilities ( for example
electricity) or failure of appliances, nor for the consequences of
the actions or omissions of persons who may control supply of mains
service, nor any actions taken in the vicinity of the property by
any authority over which there is no control by the owners.
- Force Majeure
The owners or their agents cannot accept responsibility, be responsible
or be liable in respect of damage or changes caused by Force Majeure,
for example strikes, floods, closure of airports, weather conditions
or other events beyond owners' control.

- When you wish to confirm a booking you must pay a deposit of 20%
of the total cost.
- Once your holiday has been confirmed by us any refund of deposit
will be in accordance with the scale below.
- You must make payment to us of the balance shown on the confirmation
letter at least 10 weeks prior to your arrival, or if your booking
is made within this period you will have to pay the full amount immediately.
- If you do not pay in full by the date shown on the confirmation
letter we reserve the right to cancel your booking if we so wish which
will make you liable for cancellation charges as set out in the table
below.
- If you cancel your accommodation, the lead name on the booking must
advise us in writing by post, fax or e-mail immediately. Verbal cancellations
will not be accepted. If you cancel you will be liable to pay the
cancellation charges as set out in the table below.
- Cancellation periods are calculated on the date your cancellation
is received by us at:

- The accommodation booked is only available for use by those persons
included on the booking unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
- You are responsible for any damage caused to your holiday accommodation
during your stay except by persons not known to you or us and unconnected
with the contract between us.
